We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team in Moss Point, MS.
Responsibilities:
Conduct move-in, move-out, and routine property inspections
Identify and document maintenance issues
Take clear photos and videos of the property
Submit accurate inspection reports using our inspection app
Coordinate with our operations team for any follow-up items
Requirements:
Smartphone and ability to use an inspection app
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Clear communication and professionalism
Reliable transportation (Required)
