We are currently looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector in Moss Point, MS.
Scope of Work:
• Conduct property inspections (move-in, move-out, routine checks)
• Identify and report maintenance issues
• Coordinate with team for follow-ups and reporting
Requirements:
• Knows how to use inspection app
• Strong attention to detail and follow instructions
• Ability to take clear photos, videos and submit reports
• Reliable transportation (MUST)
• Must be responsive and professional
